Before you join or renew your membership
Working Bee Levy
STEP 1:
Log into Just Go if you are a returning member of Pony Club.
If you are new to Pony Club, you can sign up on the same link.
STEP 2:
Go here (found on the JustGo website under Shop > Search “Tallebudgera” > Working Bee Levy – Tallebudgera Pony Club) and choose your Working Bee Levy option.
– Working Bee Levy – Level A
Commitment:
• 1 Maintenance job you’re responsible for during the year
• 2 event setups
• Help at each event setup day and event that you or a family member participate in
Quarterly task sign-off required. Non-completion affects next year’s membership renewal, unless opting for Level B or C.
– Working Bee Levy – Level B ($400)
Commitment:
• 1 event set up
• Help at each event setup day and event that you or a family member participate in
– Working Bee Levy – Level C ($500)
Commitment: No maintenance or set up commitments, but you must help at each event you or a family member participate in.
Choose this levy option if you only wish to use the grounds and not attend rallies and events.
STEP 3:
Proceed to checkout on JustGO.
STEP 4:
If you chose “Working Bee Levy – Level A” Choose your job here.
STEP 5:
Wait for email confirmation from secretary@tallebudgeraponyclub.com that you may proceed with membership and then move onto the next steps outlined below.
While waiting, please familiarise yourself with the Tallebudgera Pony Club handbook and the Pony Club Australia gear rules.
How to Join or Renew membership
After following the above steps to get your Working Bee Levy and being approved for membership, you can join or renew your membership with Tallebudgera Pony Club for the year following the steps below:
STEP 6:
Renew/Create Membership on JustGo by logging in and going to Membership > Club Membership > Selecting your chosen Tallebudgera club membership and proceeding to checkout. If you do not see membership options, you need to wait for step 5 to happen (confirmation email) as it is a manual process.
Once joined, you can join our Facebook community group Tallebudgera Pony Club Members Community for specific updates for our members.
